SUPERINTENDENT’S MESSAGE
From the Desk of Dr. Chad Coffman
I would like to thank everyone for the warm welcome I have received at Lakota. I have enjoyed meeting the students, parents, staff members, and community members. If you haven’t already done so, please do not hesitate to introduce yourself. My goal is to continue to learn all I can about the Lakota School District and the community. I am most impressed by the cooperation and trust our parents have in our staff while working with a great group of students. It is impressive to see “Lakota Pride” throughout the building and the district.
I am very excited to begin my first superintendent position. I was a high school principal for 15 years at Avon High School and Parma Senior High and I worked in the central office at Parma prior to coming to Lakota. The opportunity of working in a district with friendly and supportive people as well as having a beautiful school facility is a dream come true.
I believe in making decisions in the best interest of our students. I look forward in working with the staff, parents, community members, and students in continuing to provide an excellent educational experience for our students.
